Shipping procedure general terms
As we need to make sure that the products we associate our design with are of premium quality, we have chosen Printful for fulfilment and shipping partner. Our products are made on demand, once an order is placed (instead of producing in bulk) at an unbeatable quality-price ratio for all categories.
eCanvas Spirit store products are made in the Printful fulfilment centres around the world, so the shipping distances are better optimised and consequently the charges for shipping are among the best in the industry. It usually takes 1 to 3 working days for the fulfilment facility to process the order before it can ship.
Shipping rates are calculated using the Standard shipping method. The prices are grouped by product category, so all items within a single category have the same shipping fee. The shipping categories contain products that have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging. In some cases, like for Bags, Mugs, and Posters, subcategories provide more exact rates. We have defined 31 shipping product categories, find all details about groups down the page, here.
Furthermore shipping rates are adjusted by destination region based on the prices that carriers are asking to deliver in a particular country/ location. Printful operates with 9 regions that are groups of countries where the carriers ask the same price for the same group of products. See the table with shipping regions, countries per region and the estimated durations for each country below.

eCanvas Spirit adjusts the final shipping price according its discounts policy, by applying variable discounts, which start at $0.5 and go up to free shipment especially when consistent promotions are organized.

In other words, once you have decided which are the products that you want to have, and provided that you already had subscribed, add your products to your card! That will give you access to the final expenditure breakdown, the product price plus the shipment price (taxes are included in the product price).
We strongly recommend you to consult the details about shipping your product/ products while you are making your decision, see the table map with shipping product groups/ shipping regions/ prices below.
If shipment details don't result clearly or don't reflect the details you expect, we encourage you to contact us and we will give the expected information.

Please note that the shipment cover all European countries except Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.

Prices per product groups/ regions
Return procedure
Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items must be initiated within the first 7 days after the product has been received. The return address is set to the fulfillment facility that belongs to Printful, chosen based on proximity criteria. As soon as any facility receives a return eCanvas Spirit too receives all the necessary information about the situation so we can communicate on the matter if clarifications are necessary. Please check the correct return address in your order packaging! Returns should be addressed to “eCanvas Spirit Store. Returns."

Please note that the fulfillment facility where you submit your return doesn't play any role in information exchange and doesn't communicate directly with the buyer, all the communication goes through eCanvas Spirit.
Please be informed that we can't accept returns of sealed goods (such as but not limited to face masks) which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Please take in account that we don't accept any returns of products based on mind change motivation, personalized or in any other way made strictly following your specification.

The transportation cost for inacceptable returns will be supported by the customer entirely.

EU consumers notification according to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized,
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Packages sent out from Printful US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to Printful Charlotte or Dallas facility. If the return information isn’t for some reason available then the returns must be sent either to Charlotte or Dallas, based on which facility is located closer to the customer. Packages sent out from Printful UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ.
Packages fulfilled in Australia by a Printful partner facilities are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders).
